Back Fat

Can I tell you that every single woman in this world has a bit of back fat coming out of her bra. It is impossible to wear a properly fitting bra without a bit of skin/fat sticking out of the top. 

And you know what makes your back fat look worse? When you turn your body to look at it in the mirror.

A properly fitting bra needs to be snug in the band (not uncomfortably tight) for the band to do its job which is to hold up your breasts. The larger your breasts are, the more important this is. Even super skinny supermodels have a bit of skin poking out of the top of their bra when you look from the back.

Take it from me, I see tons of women in their bras, they ALL have a bit of back fat. Don’t worry about it. No one is looking at it. No one cares. Accept it. You are a human being with skin and fat. It’s fine!

Especially if you have a properly fitting bra, people will be admiring your figure as a whole, no one is zeroing in on your back fat, so please stop doing it yourself!
