What should I expect at my first appointment? When you arrive to our studio we'll welcome you in and ask you about anything we need to know to better serve you. At that point we will ask to see how your current bra is fitting. Sometimes we measure under the band to get a starting point. It is very common to need a different size than the one you came in wearing. Next, we will give you different bras to try on and will assess the fit. By the end of the appointment, you should have one or various options that work specifically for your size and body type. Sometimes we will need to order in other colors or styles, so we will schedule a second appointment to come back, or we can mail these pieces to your home.

What is a bra fitting?A bra fitting is a personalized service designed to help you find the right bra for your unique shape and specific needs. Measurements: A fitter may take measurements around your ribcage and bust to estimate your starting size. Fit Assessment: You’ll try on different bras while the fitter checks for signs of good fit—like proper band tension, cup coverage, strap placement, and lift. Style Guidance: Based on your body shape and preferences, the fitter recommends bra styles and brands that work best for you. Comfort & Confidence: The goal is to leave wearing a bra that feels good, looks great, and supports you properly.

How often should I have a fitting? You should be checking your bra size every 6-12 months... at least once a year to ensure you are in the proper size. It is possible that your size may change year to year, month to month, or even week to week! Our weight can fluctuate for many reasons such as: hormonal changes, breastfeeding/pregnancy, stressors, a new work out routine, etc.; many reasons that may cause our bras to stop fitting properly, but if you can come see us to fit at least once a year, we would be so proud! ✨

What is a molded bra?A molded bra is literally a bra made from a mold. It is usually made out of a thicker material that means the nipple will not show through. The cup is one piece that is created by wrapping a fabric around a mold. What we call a t-shirt bra in the USA is a molded bra.
-
What is a cut and sewn bra?A cut and sewn bra is a bra whose cup is made up of several pieces that are sewn together. These bras have seams, and the nipple can show through. The benefit of this type of bra is that it is more flexible and can mold to your breast shape rather than your breast having to mold to the cup. They are also less bulky than molded bras, so they are a preference of ladies with larger cup sizes. These bras are the most popular option in Europe, whereas the molded ups are more popular in the USA.
